Biography:
Committed to sustainability, ecological transition, and focused on the role of organizations in driving social transformation, I am a faculty member and researcher at EDC Paris Business School.
Specializing in sustainable management, organization and digital agriculture, I have a multidisciplinary background that bridges social sciences, economics, and sustainable development. My research focuses on organizational strategies for social change and the potential of digital tools to foster knowledge-sharing within agroecological movements.
Beyond theoretical contributions, I believe in research that makes an impact. Through a 20-month participatory action-research project, I collaborated with a an agroecological collective to explore how digital technologies can strengthen knowledge exchange among stakeholders.
As an educator, I am committed to shaping the next generation of responsible leaders and entrepreneurs. I teach courses on ethics and sustainable management, sustainability, ecological transition, and operations management, aiming to instill sustainability values in students and prepare them for the challenges of a rapidly changing world.
Outside of academia, I dedicate time to non-profit organizations, reinforcing my belief that collaboration and community-driven initiatives are key to building a more sustainable future.
