M.SC IN BUSINESS CONSULTING

The programme aims to train consultants and managers capable of understanding and responding to the global needs of businesses, particularly in the face of challenges related to climate change, digitalisation, and artificial intelligence. It fosters strategic thinking on a global scale, drawing on innovative teaching methods that combine lectures with practical case studies provided by industry partners.

    • Design and implement a business strategy in compliance with regulations and with a sustainable and entrepreneurial approach.
    • Manage business operations within a specific professional sector.
    • Lead and manage teams and/or projects, particularly in an international context.
    • Develop an international marketing plan to expand the company’s activities into new markets and territories.
    • Operationally deploy the international strategy across different markets and within the company.
    • Assess financial performance and effectively allocate the company's financial resource
    • A 360° vision of consulting (Strategy, Management, and Information Systems)
    • Learning through action and real consulting case studies
    • Tools and frameworks applicable both in multinational corporations and consulting firms

Throughout the academic programme, students are assessed in multiple ways:

  • Continuous assessments & mid-term exams
  • Final Dissertation (MFE): Students must write a final dissertation and defend it before a jury of two professors. Passing the MFE is one of the requirements for obtaining the degree.

The faculty evaluates students based on six key cognitive competencies:

  • Comprehension: Quizzes, matching exercises, etc.
  • Recognition: Quizzes, matching exercises, etc.
  • Application of concepts and theories: Practical exercises, simulations, etc.
  • Analysis: Problem-solving, case studies, etc.
  • Immersion: Case studies, critiques, missions, business games, etc.
  • Creativity: Projects, entrepreneurship, etc.
BRIDGING PROGRAMMES AND EQUIVALENCIES, CONTINUATION OF STUDIES, AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING AND EXPERIENCE

No bridging or equivalencies: Enrolment in the programme requires completing all modules in full.

If you wish to continue your studies after the M.Sc in Business Consulting, it is possible!

Subject to meeting the prerequisites, you could, for example, pursue a PhD or undertake a Master of Science in another specialisation of your choice.

    • For students holding a Bac+3 or an international equivalent.

    Admissions:

    • National students: based on application and motivation interview
    • International students: based on application, motivation interview, and language test.

    According to competition requirements or on the programme’s start date (except for international students requiring a visa, who must apply at least 8 weeks before the start of the programme).
