VALIDATION OF ACQUIRED EXPERIENCE
WHAT IS A VLE ?
Validation Of Prior Learning and Experience (VLE) is a right recognized for anyone wishing to have the skills acquired through their experience recognized and validated, with the aim of obtaining a professional certification or a block of skills from a certification registered in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP).
- OBJECTIVES
Why make a VLE ?
VLE helps to secure career paths and facilitate professional development. It offers the possibility of reinforcing employability, embarking on retraining. VLE offers the opportunity to enhance employability, undergo retraining, pass a competitive examination or advance in position by obtaining a diploma validating the skills acquired throughout one's career.
Anyone, whatever their age, nationality, level of training or status, is eligible for the VLE scheme.
NB: When a VLE candidate is an employee, he or she can take 48 hours' leave to prepare for the validation tests. This period may be extended by collective agreement. During their leave, VLE candidates are entitled to the same remuneration and social protection as employees.
