The HR manager must be able to solve problems linked to personnel management, such as conflicts, redundancies or recruitment problems. He or she must be able to find effective solutions while respecting the rules of labor law.
How do I get to be a Human Resources Manager ?
To become an HRD, you need to have a background in human resources, such as a university degree in human resources management or professional HR certification. University programs typically cover topics such as strategic HR planning, talent management, performance management, employment legislation, compensation and benefits.
HR courses offered by business schools, on the other hand, are more closely linked to the corporate world, making it easier to take on top management responsibilities.
